USA Hockey Player Registration

USA Hockey player registration for the upcoming season generally opens on April 1st of the current year.

The registration covers the season running from September 1 through August 31. Players must renew their registration annually, with the new season's number, to participate in on-ice activities for the fall. 

Once you have completed your registration with USA Hockey, follow these steps to link the number to your player’s profile:

1. Access Your Account: Click ACCOUNT at the top of the screen.
2. Select Player: Choose the relevant player under the PARTICIPANTS profile section.
3. Add Association: Find the ASSOCIATIONS header and click the +ADD button.
4. Enter Number: Select USA HOCKEY from the list and enter your current registration number.

Tip: Ensure you are using the correct season's code. Valid 2026-2027 numbers will feature a "7" as the fourth digit.
